The place offers a great range of fresh food. I liked eating here. The employees are always very friendly, prices are fair and the spot is always well organised.

The atmosphere is spot on, the music is so good and there is lots of room. The service is helpful and not overwhelming. The food is delicious and different and the jam bar is awesome sauce. A wonderful homey breakfast spot. It's almost as good as biscuit head but the atmosphere is better and more relaxing.

Had one of the most amazing biscuits with my girlfriend in the back seating area here. Was blown away by how big the biscuits were as well as how delicious! Had a great staff member help us with deciding on which one to order, then had a blast DEVOURING the delicious choices. Will absolutely come again next time I’m in Asheville.

Fantastically kind staff and really great small-town, at-home feel. The food is delicious - I got a simple biscuit, egg, and vegetarian sausage. The sausage is incredible and tastes almost exactly like real sausage (I wanted to be a little kinder this breakfast). I also got a blueberry Danish, a peach croissant coffee cake, and a cinnamon bun. As a connoisseur of pastries, I think Blue Ridge Biscuit Company could open just a bakery and be successful. Biscuit itself was moist and flavorful. And if it wasn't obvious, giant.

Holy biscuits! This place is amazing. I got the Grey Beard and my husband got the Lookout. Both were incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Finding a table can be a little tricky and the food took a little while but it was definitely worth the wait. Not sure my waistline can handle eating here very frequently but worth the calories every once in a while.

SNACK TIME IS HERE! Get your fluffy southern white flour biscuits! Way better than Biscuit Head! Love the eggs. Love the cheese. Love the prices.

Blue ridge biscuit company is a great place to visit for breakfast. Their biscuits are huge and have a number of delicious ways to serve them. They have variety of butter and jams to satisfy anyone. The staff are very friendly. They have great pastries and other very desserts as well.

If in Black Mt. You should stop by and meet these wonderful people for a great meal in their establishment.

Incredible food. The Biscuits are huge and cooked perfectly. DON'T SKIP THE GRITS! I've lived in the south my entire life and I've never had grits like this. They're next level. Also, make sure to try their jams, the raspberry one is incredible.

Line out the door, yet fast moving. Good food, friendly service but cold coffe.

Kid friendly. Great locally roasted coffee, friendly staff. Tip: when you order coffee, you grab a mug and help yourself, a to go cup when you leave is an extra $1. I rolled in with my 3 young boys and I didn’t get dirty looks, always a win. We all loved the food! Boys loved the sweet biscuit and waffle!

Great biscuits are just the beginning. Order at the counter and food is delivered to your seat. Worth the wait in line. Get there early to beat the heaviest of the crowds.

My only complaint was the gluten free blueberry scone wasn’t dry and crumbly like it should have been. But it was gluten free, and I should know better. Tried four different. The lookout and mountain man were my favourite! Meaty and filling!

Absolutely the most amazing breakfast I've EVER had!! Typical breakfast foods, but the biscuits are to die for!! One whole page of open faced biscuits served with a multitude of toppings. I had The Lookout: a huge biscuit open faced with a fried chicken breast, bacon, cheese and sausage gravy. Indescribably phenomenal!! I wish I could give this place more than five stars!!!!!

Yumm!! Their cinnamon rolls are so good they’re just as tasty when they’re a day old. The only other place that has equally delicious cinnamon roll is Well Bread.The biscuits and eggs are equally generous and delicious. Fried chicken and biscuit are almost big enough to split between two people depending on how hungry you are. Love the coffee. Jams are also delicious.

I love this place! The food is fresh and always tasty. I had the Seven Sisters this visit, with a gluten-free biscuit. Delicious. Plus, the coffee is great! The line out the door can look intimidating and is common bc of the great food. But they’re very efficient. Looking at 30 minutes if you’re 10 people down the sidewalk. Enjoy!

Good food, and family friendly. Might not have gluten free biscuits right at opening. My companion said the regular coffee tasted off. Not as many jelly options as biscuit heads. Despite all that, still good enough for 5 stars in my book!

I had the pleasure of speaking with the sweetest woman this morning while ordering food for me and my employees. They are one of the few places open right now due to CVOID and I’m so grateful! The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. 12/10 would recommend!

My first time here. I rarely eat biscuits so I can't really comment on their quality. I found them dense and very large. The staff were lovely and helpful. Everything is home made according to the nice girl who waited on me. I ordered the smoked trout special with the cream cheese on the side. It comes with a poached eggs. Everything by itself was very good. The combination just didn't work. The trout and most other ingredients were cold. The egg was warm. It just didn't feel good in my mouth. I ended up separating everything. The coffee is great.

If you're looking for a GREAT southern biscuit and delicious homemade jams to go with it, you've found your place! There are lots of variations for your biscuits, with gravy, fried chicken, fried green tomatoes, you name it! The fried green tomatoes are the best I've ever had! This is a MUST stop for breakfast...you won't regret it! One small warning...you wait in line to place your order and then find your seat. If they're really busy, the line can be long but not to worry, it moves pretty quickly.

The food was not only delicious but the service was speedy. Excellent portions and everything is scratch made. Warning don't go if your not hungry. This place will fill you up and leave you wanting to nap. Take a walk around lake tomahawk first.

This place is fantastic. Good a year ago and still good. Eggs Benedict is awesome. Every plate passing by looked great. Try the grits with rosemary and the jam bar. Love!

We had basic biscuits (egg sausage cheese) but they have a big variety of menu options. They are HUGE and big and fluffy and oh so tasty for biscuit fans. Dine in or takeout.

This plate of "Mountain Mama" is like chic a party in my mouth. All the different contrasting flavors. It was pure fun!

These people do not mess around. You want great food at a good price? Find this place. It gets busy, so you’ll want to try to get there early, but it’s certainly worth it. Super friendly staff, very fast service, large portions, satisfied customers. Will certainly be coming back next time we’re in the area.

Excellent biscuits. My favorite is the Black Mountain Bennie. My wife got the Mountain Mama today which is the picture in this review. Our entire table also agreed, best GF scone any of us have ever had (2 people with gluten intolerance) Friendly people, enjoyable atmosphere and great music.

Sandwiches the size of my head, kind employees, delicious food. What more could you ask for? Worth the trip, even better if you’re already in the area.We went to Blue Ridge Biscuits for brunch prior to a wedding nearby and we were not disappointed. Affordable, friendly, delicious. I wish there were more places like this in the world. Plenty of seating, although crowded. With coffee bar, sweet tea, and multiple jams available. We all left stuffed.We might go back tomorrow....

Locally made sausage that had wonderful flavor. Biscuits are huge. Everything was good. Staff is very friendly.

Staff was wonderful. Called ahead to ask about their done in status. They are open for dine in. They were very nice and informed on the phone that a mask is required during ordering. But take it off once you get to the table. Nicest people every!

We are regulars in Black Mountain/Montreat and we used to make the trip to Asheville to eat at Biscuit Head...until we discovered Blue Ridge Biscuit Company! The biscuits are great! The pastries are great! The service is friendly! Highly recommend the Lookout, Greybeard, Seven Sisters and the cinnamon rolls!

Despite having to wait out in the cold for about 20 minutes, these biscuits were worth it. I had the Mountain Mamma which was tasty - I especially loved the addition of the grit cake on top of the large biscuit. The cinnamon bun was fantastic with cream cheese frosting and a ton of deliciously sticky caramel. My boyfriend got the run chicken run. He said the chicken was cooked to perfection, I sadly did not get to taste it because of my appetite limitations. The buttery grits were an unnecessary side as the biscuits were so massive, but it was so delicious it was hard to not eat everything. The coffee was very good too, as was the self serve jam bar - my favorite being the raspberry and his was the apple butter. My only complaint is that most of the wait is due to ordering at the bar, but then again this may be a great tactic for them as the wait certainly increases your hunger and ordering amount. Yum!

Love this spot, so glad they are in Black Mountain. Great biscuit dishes and phenomenal jam bar. Just be ready for a long line at certain times in the morning on the weekend, it's just that good.
